A San Francisco based backpack and technical apparel brand. With a brick & mortar showroom in San Francisco's Mission District, the need for international popup shops was realized to broaden customer awareness and create local hangouts for the community. So much of the brand is about the quality materials, and hands on experiences played to the company strengths.

So much of the brand is about the quality materials, and hands on experiences played to the company strengths.

Objective & Scope

I spent several years working with the design, build and deployment of pop-up shops for Mission Workshop around the world. The locations of the shops often influenced the buildout, sourcing local materials, and enlisting help from local craftsmen. Design to execution often happed onsite with rapid turnaround times.
